- Well, I only have 3 living relatives, so others saying they are related can go jump. I would have to move and I'm sure I could afford to build a nice home in the middle of no-where big enough for my wife and I. I would invest in gold and silver coins and home security.

- So where were the armed guards? Armed Teachers? Oh that's right, they weren't needed since schools are "Gun Free Zones" and California has some of the most strict gun laws in the nation. So either the system doesn't work OR this never happened.

- I have been an avid Astronomer and Trekie since the 70's. I would Love to see this happen but I doubt it will, at least in my lifetime. Even if we had the technology, it would require spending as much money as we do killing each other. Our economy is hurting and we cannot afford either.

- The military can mess with ones head even in peacetime, much less war. The culture shock getting out is often worse than it was going in. All that trianing is often for nothing and the most you will get is a "thanks" from civilians on Veterans Day.
